I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and am currently completing an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Warwick, where I am training as a relational, integrative psychotherapist.
I know that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I aim to offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. Whether you're facing a particular difficulty, carrying the weight of caring for others, or simply feeling that something isn't quite right, we can explore it together.
Alongside my private practice, I have experience working in educational settings, online counselling services, and as a listening volunteer with Samaritans.
My work is supported by regular clinical supervision and guided by the ethical frameworks of both the UKCP and BACP.

People seek therapy for many different reasons. You may be navigating anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, caring responsibilities, a significant life transition, or simply finding yourself feeling stuck. Whatever brings you, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of your experiences, creating space for renewal.
I work with adults experiencing a range of issues, including:
Anxiety and excessive worry
Stress, overwhelm, and burnout
Low mood and depression
Low self-esteem and self-criticism
Bereavement and loss
Relationship and family difficulties
Parenting and caring responsibilities
Life transitions and change
Identity and sense of self
Living with neurodivergence
Managing difficult emotions
Trauma and the lasting impact of difficult experiences
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain
Personal growth and self-exploration

If your reason for seeking therapy is not listed above, please do get in touch. Many of the people I work with come to therapy knowing only that they would like something to change.
In addition to my clinical work, I am researching the experiences of psychotherapists who are also parents of neurodivergent children. This reflects my wider interest in caring, identity, and the ways our personal experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and to others.
I have undertaken additional professional development in neurodivergence and strive to offer a thoughtful, affirming approach that recognises each person's unique experiences and strengths.
I offer individual counselling & psychotherapy for adults, both online and in person. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly at a regular time, creating a consistent and supportive space for our work together.
Appointments are available during the day, in the evenings and at weekends, offering flexibility to fit around work, family and other commitments. Therapy is available on an open-ended basis, allowing us to work together for as long as it feels right for you, with regular opportunities to review our work together.
Sessions are available online or in person from a private therapy room in Banbury, Oxfordshire, and are payable in advance.
If you are considering therapy and would like to explore whether working together feels right for you, I would be pleased to arrange an initial conversation.
Please get in touch if you have any questions about counselling and psychotherapy, or if you would like to arrange a free initial consultation.
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, and there is no obligation after our initial conversation. It is simply an opportunity to explore what has brought you here and whether working together feels right for you. I welcome any questions you may have before deciding whether to begin therapy.
If you would prefer to speak with me first, you are also welcome to call me on 07773 372903. If I am unable to answer, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Any information you share will be treated in confidence and communicated using secure telephone and email services.
If you need urgent or emergency support, it is important to know that this is not a crisis service. Please call 999, attend your nearest A&E department, contact NHS 111, or call the Samaritans on 116 123. I aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours.
